The philosophy of Dr. Garden is to exhaust conservative treatment measures prior to invasive surgical techniques. He has developed an extensive referral network extending throughout New York and Connecticut to participate in your care if necessary. He is trained in techniques that are less invasive than standard procedures and will employ these techniques if it is determined to be in the patient's best interest. An evaluation by Dr. Garden is not just limited to the spine since other conditions of the musculoskeletal system may mimic spinal pain. Since Dr. Garden is an Orthopedic Surgeon, he has the ability to treat other conditions related to the musculoskeletal system as well.
